You probably won’t believe me, BUT I’ve been wearing the same unit since July 2023, and it still looks great up to March 2024. I can’t bring myself to get rid of it. I wash and condition it and curl it (up to 350 degrees). This is by far the best purchase I’ve made. I’ve definitely gotten my money’s worth, and it’s still going strong. Before washing, I detangle it, use inexpensive shampoo and conditioner, let it air dry, and hot curl it. After about three months, I thought it was done and was about to throw it out. Something told me to just try hot curling it. If it melted, it was done anyway, no loss. When it curled (like butter) and held the curl for DAYS, I got excited all over again. And once it’s cut the way I like it, it’s hard to imitate it with another unit. I couldn’t be happier with this purchase.
