Holy smokes, this wig is a steal at 13 bucks. But gotta admit, the synthetic hair is super shiny. Not like those cheesy Halloween wigs, but still not quite the real deal. In real life, it’s a bit less wavy than it seemed in the pics online, but that’s no biggie. A quick comb-through sorted out the frizz. Styling the bangs was easy-peasy, although I haven’t dared to use heat on them yet. Now, let’s talk about that weird parting at the top. Ugh, I can’t stand those things. And the black wig cap doesn’t mesh well with the cherry-red hair. Annoyingly, the straps meant to adjust the fit are useless—they just get in the way. And don’t even get me started on those shorter bits of hair that stick out awkwardly. Thankfully, they seem to fall out after a while. But overall, as an amateur cosplayer, I was just looking for a cheap wig that would do the job, and this one fits the bill. Although if you’re a pro, you might wanna keep searching for something better.
