Okay, so get this: I ordered not one, not two, but seven of these red wigs. Yup, seven. Why? Well, my bro was coming back from Brazil, where his girl rocks fiery red locks. So, as a gag, we all slapped on these wigs when he landed. From the tiniest tot at 2 to our wise ol’ grandpa at 73, we all rocked ’em! Sure, not exactly toddler-friendly, but we made it work for the short time the little one tolerated it. And lemme tell ya, we looked fly! Quality was way beyond what I expected, comfy as heck, and zero effort to make ’em look good straight outta the box. All seven were in tip-top shape, and honestly, I was blown away by the quality. This wig is a steal at $13.00, but the synthetic hair is quite shiny. It’s not as shiny as a Halloween store wig, but it doesn’t quite mimic real human hair either. The actual wig is slightly less wavy than in the photos, but that’s not a big deal for me. I combed it out with a hair pick when I received it, which might have affected its texture. The bangs are easy to style with a comb or some water spray, although I haven’t tried using heat on it. The wig looks good overall unless you focus on the part, which separates the bangs from the longer hair. I’m not a fan of those parts; they always bother me. The wig cap is black, which doesn’t match well with the cherry-red hair, especially if you don’t cover your ears. The straps to adjust the size are pretty much useless, and the bangs can get tangled under them. Some shorter hairs tend to stick out on the forehead, but they usually fall out during combing. As an amateur cosplayer, this wig works well for me, but if you’re more experienced, you might want to look for something else.
