Purposefully long so you can snip ’em to your liking. Sadly, the color didn’t work for me, so I exchanged it for two different shades.

Feels like I’ve got nothing on my head when I’ve got the right cap size on. Definitely gonna snag more in the future. Only thing is, it’s not super thick, but still gives good coverage.
