It fits nicely, though I wish the band was different to keep it in place; I ended up using some Bobby pins. The style is awesome, but it gets tangled after a few wears. It’s more of a short-term wig, but it’s still a good deal for a quick, easy, and affordable option.

So, here’s the deal. When I was a kid, this kinda famous shrink buddy of the US prez thought it was a bright idea to pump me full of meds I didn’t even need, just to mess with my head. Fast forward to now, and I’ve got this hypothyroidism mess to deal with, which is doing a number on my hair. Can’t style it like I used to, so I thought, why not try out some wigs?
I found this light ombre brown beauty that’s not too plasticky-looking, surprisingly close to the real deal. My natural hair’s this cool medium light brown with a hint of red in the right light and some blonde highlights in the summer. The wig’s not an exact match, but it blends in pretty darn well.
All I did was braid what’s left of my own hair around my face and slapped on the wig like a hat. Pulled out some strands to make it look natural around the edges. Now, I don’t look like the long-lost sister of a spooky movie character anymore. Love it to bits!
There’s another wig in a similar light brown, but it’s a tad too ginger-ish for my taste. Still nice, though. Might grab a few more just in case. Pics coming soon!
